If you qualify, RampRate will perform a Top-Line Benchmark to identify opportunities to improve your contractual positions with respect to service levels, costs, business terms, and risk mitigation.

In order to perform this normally charged service, RampRate
would require:

• 3 months of recent invoices from your provider(s) in electronic form
• The master services agreement (if any) or other relevant contractual terms.
• Any special SLA and billing arrangement that are not represented in the MSA.
• Any growth plans for each of the suppliers that you have prepared for the upcoming 3 years (incremental growth means increased leverage).

What RampRate will deliver:

• Peer benchmark including key variables such as price, service levels, and contract term and flexibility against market median and similar buyer profiles.
• Recommended approaches for realizing any identified savings.
• Where value can be gained, a proposal for contract negotiation (whether mid-contract or renewal) including all fees and processes and methodology for each supplier where we are confident we can improve service levels and eliminate unnecessary cost.
