- If you get a “yes” we advise on negotiating terms (unless under advisory contract to the partner)

RampRate Referral Fees: How You Get Paid
Upon the first month that we receive check, that starts the twelve month cycle of payment. Should we get paid up to 90 days after the first 12 months for any past due payments, you will be paid your referral fee when RampRate receives payment from the referred client.
After signing up, register the lead in writing, we will try to reply with authorization or rejection within 3 business days. If we accept the registration in writing, you arrange a meaningful introduction and we do our best to create value and revenue for all sides. Then, we do the rest and communicate progress and our needs for your help in writing.
How to Spot Qualified Opportunities
WHEN SPEAKING WITH PROSPECTIVE CLIENTS, LOOK FOR A COMPANY THAT IS/HAS:
- Mission / Impact focused or wants to be
- Min: Well funded with at least +$2M in capital raised (ideal stage is +$10M in funding and/or +$5M in revenues, headcount +15)
- Target is companies $100m++ in valuation or revenue
- Global 5000 firm that is looking to drive decentralization and or drive integration into the Blockchain/ Web3/Metaverse
- Global in nature and will reach enterprise or large consumer audience
- Strong IP or is building towards
- Looking for relevance in Fortune 500 or Blockchain audience
- Open to strong consulting firm that is often aggressive in project management and driving fast growth
- Looking for strategic partnerships and business development that is global in nature
